Archive for September, 2010

We wanted to post this blog last week but we were out of town.  So, lets rewind back to last Wednesday, September 9, 2010.  Ahhhh,  September 9th.  This time last year we were in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic with one of our favoooooorite couples, Jessica and Tripp.  We’ve intentionally been hoarding this blog  for a year because  this wedding is so close to our hearts. We have no idea where to start, or how to begin the process of narrowing their images for this post. PLUS we have a lot of personal pics we want to share (and stories), which we also don’t know where to start with.  For now, this post is to serve as a greeting card to wish a couple that is very dear to us a Happy Anniversary. Jessica and Tripp, we hope you enjoyed your first year of marriage. We feel so blessed to have you as clients. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for choosing us to document your day.

Stay tuned for a full post.

Happy HAPPY HOPPY hopppy HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the best friend and business partner anyone could ever have!! I am so lucky to have met you and so happy to have you in my life! I hope you have the best day that you could possibly have! TEETH FACE! (inside joke)

By the way,  I CAN’T BELIEVE YOU’RE 30! You SO don’t look it! :) Can’t wait to see you tomorrow so we can have guilt free sugary things in honor of your birthday! ;)

Yay! We are so excited to share Maran and Joe’s wedding with you! Maran and Joe were married in Mount Pleasant, SC at The Creek Club at I’on.  We hope you love these images as much as we do. :) It was such a pleasure working with these two; Their wedding day was nothing short of perfect.

Maran’s shoes were sooo Charleston…:)

Maran and Joe were such troopers to lay in the grass  for these shots that we had in mind. :)

Maran and  Joe’s new addition. Isn’t she cute?

All of the lovely flowers were by Beth LeonGuerrero of Wild Flowers Inc.

Katti and Hanson are back!!  Katti and Hanson got married at a new venue in Roswell, The Gardens at Great Oaks.  It was such a charming venue and it gives us a great big creative rush when we shoot at new places. We get to be EXPLORERS! LOL.  Mostly everything at Katti & Hanson’s wedding was D.I.Y,  from the table settings, to the ceremony decor, to the gigantic K & H initials.  Katti is so friggin’ creative, YOU GO GIRL! We think everything turned out to be beautiful and we are so thrilled to show our faves,  so I will shut up now. :)   Enjoy!

We <3 you Katti and Hanson, thanks for choosing us to document your day! :)

Katti’s beautiful bouquet was by Birch Blooms. Look closely, there are buttons all over it!!

Loving this new trend,  Katti and Hanson  planted a tree at the ceremony instead of mixing sand or lighting the unity candle.

So in love with this image…the ring bearer is soooo freaking cute!!

L-O-V-E-D the bridesmaids dresses. They were custom made from a family friend.

They changed into their trusty Chucks!
