We’re back with more from Nicole & Jeff’s Montego Bay wedding! Enjoy!
We’re back with more from Nicole & Jeff’s Montego Bay wedding! Enjoy!
We’re excited to share Nicole & Jeff’s sneak with you! These two wed at the beautiful villas at Harmony Hill in Hanover, Jamaica. When we arrived at Harmony Hill we literally had to just take like 20 minutes to take it all in. The property, the view, EVERYTHING was absolutely breathtaking. It was kind of surreal actually. LOL! Shooting their wedding was an experience of a lifetime! We’re so glad they chose to share their day with us. Enough talking, check it out!
The backdrop for the ceremony…WOWZERS!
Nicole’s awesome bouquet put together by the Toni of Events Boutique based here in Atlanta!
Since they wed in Jamaica it was only right for them to add a touch of Jamaica to their wedding ceremony. Nicole & Jeff jumped the broom!! We thought it was a cool touch!
We got to explore the property via golf cart after the ceremony for portraits!
More from Nicole & Jeff soon!
Hey guys! Meet Nicole & Jeff! We shot their engagement session at the GEORGIA AQUARIUM!! Nicole works there as a veterinarian and got us backstage access!! We got to the aquarium pretty early in order to have the whole place to ourselves, it was so much fun!! Nicole & Jeff chose the Georgia Aquarium to keep in line with the aesthetic of their wedding. Underwater wedding? NOPE!! DRUM ROLL PLEASE…Montego Bay, Jamaica!! Woot! Woot! We’re lucky enough to be joining this awesome couple in Jamaica this May for their rockin’ wedding. Check out some of our faves.
We’re so excited to share this wedding with you!!! Remember Kirsten and Justin from their sneak peek a couple months back? Well here’s their awesome wedding! Kirsten and Justin had their wedding and reception at Zen in Greenville, SC about 3 hours outside of Atlanta. Unfortunately, it rained on their wedding day but luckily every nook and cranny of Zen is filled with coolness and light so we hardly even noticed. Check it out!
We can’t say enough good things about Zen. The venue is beautiful and the owners and staff are so sweet and accommodating.
We had so much fun shooting her bridals!! We love alllll of these!! Can you tell we had a hard time narrowing them down for this post??
The awesome wedding party…
We weren’t lying about the nook and cranny thing….we shot Justin in the kitchen!!
The ceremony was held in the art gallery.
These four are too cute!
These two are definitely a match made in heaven…
Kirsten and Justin’s first dance was sooo beautiful. It felt like we were the only ones in the room with them. It’s obvious that they were cherishing every moment…
The groom dancing before taking the garter off never gets old…GO JUSTIN!!
The Dicken’s Band had it feeling like a concert!!!!
And they lived happily ever after!
Kirsten & Justin, OMG you two make us so happy!! You two were such an inspiration to work with…really. Getting to work with people like you make us so very thankful to be doing what we do. We totally wish you didn’t move to California so we could be your photographers FOR LIFE!! We had the best experience at your wedding and will NEVER forget it. Love always<3. C&Z
Candice & Chris! Candice & Chris! Candice & Chris! YAY! We’re so excited to finally share this post with you! Candice and Chris met while they were both in school at SCAD so it was only natural to go back to Savannah for their wedding. They were married at the Jepson Center for the Arts, an insanely beautiful and modern museum and newest addition to the historic Telfair Museum. It was such a treat to shoot there; the art work, high ceilings, and the overall architecture of the building were amazing. Enough explaining and talking, CHECK IT OUT!!
In case you couldn’t tell…we LOVED her shoes!
Isn’t Candice’s engagement ring cool? She had it custom designed into this beautiful heart shape. So creative!
Candice’s bouqet and centerpieces were by Vicki of Kiwi Fleur.
YUM! Loved the treats at cocktail hour! We may or may not have sampled them.
Candice is an awesome graphic designer, so it was only natural that she designed all of the printed materials for the wedding. Check out her huge custom seating sign. So cool!
YAY! We hope you loved their wedding as much as we do!
BTW, if you haven’t noticed, we decided to bust out our new watermark on this special post using our new logo. We want to take this time to officially introduce it! WE LOVE IT! And guess what?! It was custom designed by Candice!!! We fell in love with all of Candice’s paper goods at her wedding and we HAD to get her to revamp our logo!
We had been talking about adding a little icon to the text part of our logo for like a year, but could never find a symbol/icon we liked enough. Candice actually used the design of these girls/icons as part of her custom wedding paper materials, and once we saw it we were both like, “YYYEEESSS!!! This can be our new logo!!” Candice re-vamped the girls to match our branding and company colors and –voila – the new and improved and totally awesome Project Duo logo was born! ;) Check out the before and after:
Don’t you just love it?!?! We do!
Who else needs some custom graphic design in their lives? Logo design, letterhead design, custom promo materials design… you name it… she can do it. She is so talented. And SSSSOOOO quick and detailed, too! We honestly can’t say enough about her! ;)
If you liked what you saw on this post and are in need of a graphic designer, PLEASE check out Candice’s site! www.candiceriley.com

We wanted to post this blog last week but we were out of town. So, lets rewind back to last Wednesday, September 9, 2010. Ahhhh, September 9th. This time last year we were in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic with one of our favoooooorite couples, Jessica and Tripp. We’ve intentionally been hoarding this blog for a year because this wedding is so close to our hearts. We have no idea where to start, or how to begin the process of narrowing their images for this post. PLUS we have a lot of personal pics we want to share (and stories), which we also don’t know where to start with. For now, this post is to serve as a greeting card to wish a couple that is very dear to us a Happy Anniversary. Jessica and Tripp, we hope you enjoyed your first year of marriage. We feel so blessed to have you as clients. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for choosing us to document your day.
Stay tuned for a full post.
Meet Maran and Joe. We shot their wedding in Mount Pleasant, SC at Creek Club at Ion. Full post coming soon.
When we arrived at Giana’s beach house for her getting ready session, she had the bomb music playing on her iTunes…Ray LaMontagne, Adele, Jack Johnson. The music describes the day perfectly, LAID- BACK- FUN! We’ve said it once and we’ll say it again, the instant chemistry that we had with Giana and Eric provided the most perfect creative energy throughout the day.
AHHH…Giana and Eric, words cannot express how much we loved your wedding. Take a look at some of our favorites, we hope you all love them as much as we do.
This is Giana’s Pomeranian Baylor. I dare you to look at this picture without smiling…lol. SO CUTE!!!
In case you’re curious…this was what Courtney was shooting from down there…LOL.
Eric was such a natural!!
LOL. A little monkey business. He was doing a gorilla territorial thing, it was hilarious.
We’d like to introduce everyone to Kim & Nelson. They got married in Lookout Mountain, GA at Grandview. Which is a beautiful mountain top venue overlooking Chattanooga, TN. The images below are just a snippet of their awwwwwesome wedding day. We can’t wait to tell you about their ceremony and share their full post with you!! Kim and Nelson are so in love and it ain’t hard to tell.
We are off to Charleston this weekend for a wedding. We have so many goodies to blog when we get back, we hope you’ll stop by again soon for more eye candy!
Enjoy your Memorial Day weekend everyone!!!
Giana and Eric live in Chicago and we were pen pals for a year until we finally met them in person on their WEDDING DAY! They were sooo0o0o worth the wait. We were pleasantly surprised, they were oh-so-beautiful and so in love. The ceremony and reception were held in Rosemary Beach, FL on the Eastern Green.
We fell head over heels in love with Giana and Eric within 5 seconds of meeting them and we were all the best of friends for the 8 hours we were there. We cannot stress how important chemistry is between us and our clients. Because when the stars are aligned, we create images like these…
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the dress. Right?
It was foggy and overcast for the entire day, but no RAIN!! We loved the fog for our beach portraits, they have a desolate BUT romantic feel.
But, you’ll have to check back for their full post to see those! Until then, we’d love to hear what you think!!
